The München Oktoberfest was founded in Year 1810 to celebrate the Wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig I of Bavaria with Princess Therese. It has grown to become one of the largest Festivals in the World drawing six Million visitors and has been inspired many more such Fests around the Globe. In Celebration of its 210 Years of existance in 2020, KING-WERK Authentic German Steinmakers are proud to introduce this exclusive Stein. As this year 2020, the Corona Pandemic shook the World, the Oktoberfestground in Munich remained closed for visitors. As you will note on the Stein, the 2020 Munich Oktoberfest will therefore historically be remembered as “Wiesn Dahoam,” which is Bavarian Dialect for “Celebrate and Stay at Home”. It will be produced in a strictly Limited Edition of 210 pieces only, so that there is only one Stein existing to represent one Year of München Oktoberfest. Each Stein is individually numbered. This Limited Edition 0,75 Litre Stein is Made in Germany using century old techniques of expert sculpting and hand glazing.
