This LED stone arch in noble anthracite tells the story of the birth of Christ in a quiet and concentrated display, in which the scene appears collected and dignified; the natural-coloured figures deliberately recede and create space for reflection and peace. The focus is on Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus, supplemented by a shepherd with three sheep; all figures are kept in different natural tones and blend harmoniously into the overall picture, while the reduced colour scheme underlines the solemn effect of the scene. The anthracite-coloured frame forms a clear, calm contrast to the natural furnishings, which gives the depiction depth and presence without losing its restraint, and makes the composition appear balanced and cohesive. Manufactured by Seiffener Volkskunst eG in the spa town of Seiffen, the rock arch combines traditional Erzgebirge wood art with modern technology, whereby careful workmanship, clear lines, balanced proportions and high-quality overall appearance characterize the overall impression. It is made of wood and has a back wall made of real stone, which gives the scene a special material depth and a calm, earthy effect and additionally carries the motif.
