Hi

After setting up my new cuckoo clock, I realised the window of cuckoo clock jam although it chimes hourly. I tried re-do again and again according to the instructions manual but to no avail. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Ronnie,
I had the same problem recently yesterday( April 16,2018 )
and send for repair by william. though I haven't collect. but with his explanation , I think his capable to repair. u may try calling him. price reasonable.
tel: 64816546  he stay at Serangoon North area. he operate from home. you'll see many cuckoo clock at his home.
